Stellenbeschreibung
Responsible for a global architecture discipline (e.g.: integration, software, infrastructure and technology, security, operation). Develop target architecture blueprints, architectural standards & guidelines and manage the overall estate and evolution of the architecture discipline to ensure an efficient, effective, compliant and sustainable IT landscape.
- Drive and develop the target architecture and roadmap of IT Security Architecture as the business evolves
- Identify and leverage the re-use of IT security components, patterns and techniques, esp. driving the target security architecture
- Continuously develop and improve the bank’s IT security standards and guidelines, assessing and implementing requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Ensure that IT security controls are known and enable projects on all security architecture matters
- Define guardrails for delivery projects to ensure compliance with security controls and measures
- Own security related solution blueprints and drive execution based on designs
- Assess any deviations and exceptions to standards & approved patterns
- Assess risks, make them transparent and recommend effective mitigation strategies/actions
Anforderungen
- Able to collaborate closely with all disciplines of Enterprise Architecture, Information Security / CISO, Security Engineering
- Structured, thorough, precise, and goal-oriented personality with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge in Perimeter Security, Cloud development, deployment and operation models
- Experience in creating IT security Standards based on banking specific cyber and data protection regulations
- University or equivalent degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science, information systems or related
- Sound knowledge of IT Security Frameworks (e.g. CIS, NIST, BSI, ISO 27000) even certification such as a CISSP, CISM, or respective SANS GIAC certifications are a plus
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English; German is a plus
